CBI Business Transitions (CBI) is a New Brunswick company dedicated to excellence in business succession planning and the management of ownership transitions of privately held companies.

Since 1998 it has assisted business owners in the preparation of their businesses for transition and has managed the sale of businesses ranging from $150,000 to over $15,000,000 to qualified individuals, companies and private equity
investors. CBI’s experience, extensive network and knowledge of the Atlantic Canadian marketplace make it uniquely qualified to assist business owners in the preparation of their businesses for sale or other transition.
Teamwork
Members of the CBI team have extensive experience as business owners and in the fields of law, accounting, marketing and senior management.
